A - Introduction

This section of the website defines the terms and conditions of sale applied by Eta design tech by William Zhao (hereinafter also referred to as " the company", "the company", "the supplier", "we " or "us") for purchases made through the www.erabags.com portal.
All orders placed online constitute B2B contracts between companies. The company works exclusively with professional customers (leather goods stores, wholesalers, Cash & Carry) and does not make sales to individuals. In addition, it offers the possibility of making customized bags upon request.


B - Acceptance of general conditions of sale

Orders are considered accepted only upon confirmation, even partial, by the supplier, who reserves the right to refuse them after the appropriate technical and/or administrative checks. After 15 days without communication, the order shall be considered tacitly accepted.
Sending an electronic order implies full acceptance of the general conditions and payment terms.
The Customer may not claim compensation in the event that the product suffers damage due to improper storage, treatment or custody.


C - Method of purchase

Orders can only be placed through the online catalog at www.erabags.com.
The company reserves the right to update technical and commercial product information without prior notice, based on market trends. Images are for illustrative purposes and may differ in color, size or accessories from the delivered product.

After sending the order, the Customer will receive a confirmation email with identification number and data entered. it is the Customer's responsibility to verify their accuracy and promptly report any corrections. The status of the order can be viewed in the reserved area "My orders".

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Any price list changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.
In case of high demand, the availability of products may vary: the company will always send confirmation of the actual quantity allocated.


D - Methods of payment

  1. Credit card and PayPal
    All transactions are protected by 128-bit SSL encryption. The presence of the "https" protocol guarantees a secure connection.
    Note: In case of refund or cancellation through Stripe or Nexi, the fees remain the responsibility of the Customer.

  2. Advance bank transfer
    The goods are shipped only after the actual crediting (within 7 working days from the order). Bank details are provided in the email confirmation.


E - Minimum order

The minimum order quantity is set at 10 bags. If not reached, the Customer will be contacted; if no new compliant order is placed within 5 days, the initial order will be cancelled.


F - Order Fulfillment - Timelines

Fulfillment timelines vary depending on the quantity ordered. Orders over 100 pieces require prior arrangement with the administration.
In case of unavailability, even partial, the supplier will inform the Customer by communicating the new shipment date.

G - Mode of delivery

Shipping charges are calculated according to weight and volume and communicated before the invoice.
The Customer will receive an e-mail confirmation with all order details. Average fulfillment takes place within three working days.

Upon delivery, the Customer is required to verify:

  • that the number of packages corresponds to what is stated on the invoice and transport document;

  • that the packaging is intact and shows no signs of tampering or visible damage.

Any damages or discrepancies must be reported with written reservation to the carrier and communicated to the company within 7 days by e-mail, fax or registered mail.
After the transport document is signed without reservation, no claims will be accepted.

Available modes:

  • Delivery by contractedcourier.

  • On-site pickup, with no delivery charge.

  • Customer's courier, subject to agreement with the sales department.


H - Delivery charges

Transportation costs are borne by the Customer, calculated according to the volume and number of packages, and communicated before the invoice is issued.
Surcharges may apply for shipments to smaller islands or hard-to-reach areas.

I - Cancellation Policy

Cancellations
Cancellations requested more than 3 business days from the date of the order will result in a deduction of 25% of the total amount, as an administrative fee.
