A - Introduction

This section of the site is intended to present in a clear and detailed manner the terms and conditions of sale in order to facilitate business relationships with companies that choose products distributed through the site www.erabags.com. All purchases made through the site constitute B2B contracts between businesses and are fully covered by these General Terms and Conditions. ETA DESIGN TECH BY WILLIAM ZHAO works exclusively with companies, does not sell to individuals, and caters to industries such as leather stores, wholesalers and Cash & Carry outlets. It also makes customized bags upon request.


B - Acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale

  1. Orders sent to ETA DESIGN TECH DI WILLIAM ZHAO shall be considered accepted only upon confirmation, even partial, by the company, which reserves the right to refuse the order after technical and/or administrative verification. After 15 days without communication, the order shall be deemed tacitly accepted. Sending an electronic order implies full acceptance of the general and payment conditions stated herein.

  2. The Customer will not be able to claim compensation if the product has been damaged due to improper storage, treatment or custody.


C - Method of purchase

  1. Orders may only be placed through the online catalog found at www.erabags.com. ETA DESIGN TECH BY WILLIAM ZHAO reserves the right to update technical and commercial product information without prior notice to reflect market dynamics. Product images may differ from what is delivered in terms of color, size or accessories.

  2. After receipt of the order, the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail with the order number and data entered. it is the Customer's responsibility to verify this data and promptly report any corrections. Order status can be monitored in the "My Orders" area of the site.

  3. If an order is not accepted, the Customer will be notified without delay.

  4. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. VAT price lists are available upon request. Prices may change without notice due to market trends, but those for orders already confirmed will not change.

  5. In cases of high demand and simultaneous orders, product availability may change. In such cases, the company will send a confirmation by e-mail or fax to notify the actual allocation of goods.


D - Methods of payment

1. Credit Card and PayPal
All transactions are protected by 128-bit SSL encryption. The presence of the "https" protocol in the address bar indicates a secure connection. Visa and MasterCard offer the option to create a password to protect card information. Any attempt at fraud will be legally prosecuted.
Note: In case of cancellation or refund through Stripe or Nexi, the relevant fees will be borne by the Client.

2. Advance bank transfer
The Customer is required to send a copy of the payment, including the C.R.O., via e-mail. The goods will be shipped only after the actual crediting, which must take place within 7 working days from the order, under penalty of cancellation. Bank details and order references are given in the e-mail confirmation.


E - Minimum order

The minimum order is set at 10 bags, to cover shipping and packaging costs. If the order does not reach the minimum threshold, the Customer will be contacted. In the absence of a new compliant order within 5 days, the initial order will be considered cancelled.


F - Order Fulfillment - Timelines

Fulfillment timelines vary depending on the quantity ordered. For orders over 100 pieces, you must contact administration to arrange delivery. In case of unavailability, even partial, ETA DESIGN TECH OF WILLIAM ZHAO will inform the Customer about the new shipment date.

G - Method of delivery

Each order is accompanied by an invoice, issued according to the data provided. Invoices are not editable. Payment must be made by the selected method and the shipping cost is calculated before the invoice, based on weight. Items will be shipped as soon as possible once the order is confirmed.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the price listed on the site. To find out the exact amount, please contact the company by phone or at [email protected].
For non-EU shipments, any customs duties will be borne by the Customer.

The system will send an e-mail confirmation with all order details. Average fulfillment is within three business days.

1. Delivery by courier
The Customer must verify:

  • that the number of packages corresponds to what is stated on the invoice;

  • that the packaging is intact.

Any damage must be reported to the courier with written reservation and communicated within 7 days by fax or registered mail. After the transport document is signed, no claims will be accepted.

2. In-store pickup
Direct pickup at the warehouse exempts the Customer from delivery costs.

3. Customer's courier
you can send your own courier by prior arrangement with the sales department.


H - Delivery charges

Delivery charges are the responsibility of the Customer, calculated according to the volume and number of packages, and communicated before the invoice. They are not included in the prices displayed online.

I - Refund and cancellation policy

Refunds
you may request a refund within 7 days of receipt, provided the products have not been used and are returned in the original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Order Cancellation
For cancellations requested more than 3 business days from the date of order, 25% of the total amount will be withheld as an administrative fee.
